April Waters is a native of South Georgia,
who has been involved in the pageant industry for over 2 decades – she competed for 16 years on a local, state and national
level. During this time, she held many pageant titles. April has a background in dance, music, and modeling. April is
the coordinator for Okefenokee Southern Miss, an official prelim to Georgia Southern Miss State Scholarship Pageant. April
has also worked closely with many directors helping secure professional, qualified judging panels. April has also done pageant
coaching and is currently recruiting new clients. She has been judging, herself, for the past 5 years. Her judging experience
includes all levels as well as natural and glitz. April believes that pageants specialize in building self confidence,
promoting interview and public speaking as well as modeling skills and platform development. These are skills that pageant
competitors take with them forever and can use to build great success. Mrs. Waters currently resides in Ware
County Georgia, with her husband and two children. April is a college graduate and staff member at the Bacon County Senior
Citizen Center where she works with geriatrics promoting health and wellness, which happened to be April’s pageant platform
while competing in pageants. April enjoys coaching cheerleading for her local recreation department as well as volunteering
in her community.
